Butterworth, Ph.D. who says that the realization that you are about to enter into a legally binding commitment with one man for the rest of your life really does not sink in until days after you say, 'yes' to the marriage proposal, but it usually hits hard between the time of the wedding planning process and the wedding itself. "It's not all happiness for brides on that big day."Butterworth says that, wedding Anxiety is really about the psychological process of leaving your old life and beginning a new life,with different rules, responsibilities and duties.
